The internal heating systems from different brands may be different slightly, but they work in the same way. The doll comes with a wire that will plug into the doll's body and the other end runs to the wall outlet. This plug will sometimes have a screen and buttons where you can preset your preferred temperature. Once you plug the doll in, electricity will heat the doll to the set temperature in about 20-30 minutes. Then you can unplug her and she is very comfortable to play with. The warmth can sustain for 3-4 hours depending on the room's temperature.
When you heat up the doll, it will be more efficient to wrap the doll with a blanket. Please don't leave your doll plugged in for a long time as it may cause overheating and material damage.

Heating Rod
For each of our love doll, we will include a warming rod with a USB plug that you can insert into the doll's orifices to heat it before use. You can plug it into a USB-plug that you might have laying around from a phone charger or other small electronic devices. Once plugged in the device will heat up to about human body temperature. But the warmth will not last a very long time.
Please also take in mind that don't leave the warming rod inside the doll too long to avoid overheating.
Electric Blankets
Electric blankets are also a very effective way to heat up the overall body of your doll. Wrap up your doll with an electric blanket, don't set the temperature too high. You will also get a pleasant warm body to start a great sexual experience.
Warm Bath
You can also fill up a warm both and allow your doll to soak for a period of time. Your doll will keep the heat for some time after you take her out. Just remember not to use hot water, it's better to keep the water temperature below 104°F (40°C) to avoid potential damage.
Sleep With Your Doll
Sleeping with your doll under a warm sheet will warm her up. The doll will absorb your body heat and the bedding sheet will help keep the warmth.
